Everything you need to know about the waitlist…
If you are unable to reserve a spot because a class is full, we highly recommend putting yourself on the waitlist. As spots open in a class due to cancellations, we will give them away to Ryders on the waitlist in the order that they placed themselves on the list.
When a spot becomes available, the first person on the waitlist will automatically be added to the class and will receive an email confirmation.
You can be “pulled into” a class up to 3 hours prior to the start of the class. Once you are pulled in, you are now responsible for that spot.
If you no longer wish to attend the class, please remove yourself from the waitlist to allow the next person in line to move forward.
If your name remains on the list, we will assume you are still waiting to get in and will be ready to attend if a last minute cancellation occurs.
Please update your email address and cell phone number to ensure we are able to communicate with you.
Please be advised, waitlist changes operate automatically and each Member is responsible for making and cancelling his or her reservations.
In the event the class is full with a waitlist, you will receive an email reminding you to cancel your reservation if you can no longer attend.
It’s a courtesy to other Members to open up your spot if you cannot attend, but it does not mean you are exempt from losing your deposit if you late cancel.
Everything you need to know about Epic Ryde’s Month to Month Membership…
Your Membership will activate on the date of purchase and will continue to auto-renew on that date each month. Our Month to Month Membership requires a two month minimum commitment and 30 days advanced notice to cancel. Example: If your membership is billed on the 7th of the month and you’d like to finish taking classes in May, please contact us prior to April 7th to cancel. If your cancellation occurs after the April 7th, you will be billed for the following month.
Having a reservation is EPIC because it guarantees you a spot in your preferred class!
Here’s everything you need to know about making reservations…
Epic Ryde Members with an active Monthly Membership, Ryde Card or Drop-In can make reservations online or via a smartphone.
The reservation window opens exactly two weeks prior to the class on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend making your reservations as early as possible, especially during the busier Winter months. If you prefer not to make a reservation, you are more than welcome to drop-in to a class. However, you are only guaranteed a spot when you have a confirmed reservation.
Reservations require a reservation deposit. This holds and guarantees your spot in the class. Ryde Card holders: When you reserve a class, one Ryde is placed on hold. Attending the class officially pulls that Ryde from your card. If you early cancel, the Ryde is returned. A late cancel or no show results in the loss of your Ryde deposit (i.e. one Ryde).
Members: When you reserve a class, a $10 deposit is placed on your account. A late cancel results in this deposit being transferred from your account and charged to your credit or debit card. If you no-show an additional $5 fee is charged to your credit or debit card. You will only be charged if you late cancel or no-show.
We assume that if you have made a reservation, you agree to the Epic Ryde reservation policies. There are NO REFUNDS OR EXCEPTIONS for a late cancel or no show including sudden illness, traffic, weather conditions, work conflicts, etc. etc.
An early cancellation is any cancellation that occurs prior to 12 hours before the scheduled class. Your deposit is returned in full.
A late cancellation is any cancellation that occurs within 12 hours of the scheduled class. Your deposit is lost regardless of the reason and regardless of whether or not there is a waitlist.
Members are responsible for making and canceling their own reservations online. Even though you may have a reservation, if you are not inside the studio 3 minutes prior to the start of class and the class is full, your spot may be given away to a waiting Member. If this occurs, you will lose your deposit.
It’s very important to have epic etiquette in our studio. Epic Ryde is a friendly community environment for all so, let’s make sure to be respectful, courteous, and mindful of other members.
As a reminder, we have listed a few important guidelines to follow when you are joining us for classes.
1) No cell phones in use during class
Please turn them off and leave them in your bag. This is your time, turn them off and enjoy your workout.
2) No talking during class
We encourage you to make friends at epic, but please be respectful of those around you during classes by socializing before or after your class.
3) Wait for other classes to end before you enter the cycling or TRX area
We know you are excited to get ready for your class but please be respectfull and wait to enter the cycling and TRX areas until the current classes have officially ended. Hanging out in the common hallway area would be great until your class start time.
4) Wipe down your bike
The person after you will much appreciate it and you will appreciate it when the person before you does so.
5) Sign In
Please double check that you have signed in when you arrive for class. This will keep you from getting a no show fee or losing a Ryde. If you are unclear if you have officially signed in, please ask your instructor to double check.
6) Pre-sign up online
It’s our busy season and our classes do fill up. In order to guarantee yourself a spot in class, we highly recommend you sign up online ahead of time. You are more than welcome to drop in, but this does not guarantee you a spot in class.
7) Bike Set Up
If you have any problems or need help with your bike setup, please inform your instructor. Also, if you have any mechanical issues, please let us know.
8) Late Cancel, No Show and Waitlist Policy
Please take a few moments to go to the link below and read our policies so that you are familiar with them.
9) Be Epic!
We are all here to have an epic time. Smile and have fun!
