Fall into Fitness at Epic Ryde
It’s October and we are very excited about what the change in season means for Epic Ryde. More classes, new instructors and lots of cool epic events.
Fall is a beautiful time and it’s also a great time to step up your workouts indoors. With daylight being limited and the warm days slowly disappearing, it is the perfect time to join us indoors for your workouts.
As you shed a tear clearing out a spot in the garage for your bike in anticipation of the colder months, don’t let this be a sad time. Instead smile knowing that Epic Ryde will keep your body and mind in great shape for next season.
We will be adding more classes to make sure you don’t miss a beat with your training.

Express Ryde: Wednesday 4:30 p.m.
Pure TRX: Thursday 9:30 a.m.
Ployoryde: Wednesday 8:30 a.m.

New Instructors
We would also like to welcome on board DeAnne, Donna and Nikki as new additions to the Epic team.
As many of you may know DeAnne and Donna are epically special to us. They started at Epic Ryde as members and over the past few years loved their workouts so much they both took the time and effort to practice up, get certified and then pass the test to find themselves a place on the epic schedule. We are very excited about their addition to the Epic team.
Nikki joins us as a recent graduate from the National Personal Training Institute and she brings a fresh energy to her classes.
